Roadtrip Nation Battle of the Bands!

We love to support independent musicians, which is why—drumroll, please—Roadtrip Nation will be hosting our first epic Battle of the Bands!

Starting May 1, we will be accepting music submissions of those who are interested in participating in our Battle of the Bands contest. We are looking for musicians who have defined their own Roads in life by pursuing what they love.

There will be three rounds in the Battle; the final round will commence on Thursday, June 30, at Chain Reaction in Anaheim, Calif., for a musical duel between our final bands!

The winning band will receive the opportunity to have their music featured in Roadtrip Nation content, a song featured on our 2011 Fall Tour soundtrack, and a chance to perform at a local Roadtrip Nation event.

To enter, please send the following information to

- Your band’s name and band members’ names.

- Your band’s contact information (email address, phone number, ect…).

- Either a link to your band’s MySpace, Facebook (if you have music on your Facebook), or attach .mp3 files to your email.

- Answer the question “If you could interview one musician, whom would it be and why?”

Round 1 starts on May 1 and ends on May 20 at 6 p.m. You’ll be notified via email by May 26 if you have made it to Round 2.

Good luck!
